The hotel was spotless and wonderful, had good wi-fi. The room was silent and reasonably large included Nespresso coffee, a little kitchen, and a storage space.

I had a reasonably large and silent room in this spotlessly clean hotel. Had a super breakfast with sweets with bohemian flavor- many thanks for master of ceremony-wonderful Pavla, sweets plus fresh coffees. The setting of property was marvellous and unbeatable, down the hill to the castle...
The location was not so nice.

The breakfast was very good. Finally, there was more than just the usual cheese and sausage varieties.

First-class attentiveness from staff, location by Prague castle and accessibility by trams outside to remainder of city. Quiet area near green space and restaurants. Savoy hotel restaurant good too.

The breakfasts were delicious with an amazing ' eggs benedict', fresh coffees and sweets with bohemian flavor- many thanks for master of ceremony-wonderful Pavla. Location: the hotel was right by a tram line which was convenient, the center of Prague and the Charles Bridge.

This was just a balanced option for spending a night in Prague with great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast was really nice, and the waitress was fantastic and friendly. Use the tram outside to explore the city easily.

The location is good. The breakfast, too. The room is big, as well, as the bathroom too. The stuff is friendly. The mini bar is free.
The first thing you saw is a very, very shabby carpet on the floor. The furniture is old. That makes you feel, that you are not at the 5 stars hotel. I think, the hotel deserves only 4 stars.

From the moment we arrived we found the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The bedroom was comfortable with no noise which is very rare in a city. Metro outside the door. This was our 3rd visit to Prague and our 3rd hotel but we will certainly return to Savoy on next visit.
